With an exciting pipeline of ambitious developments on the horizon, there’s no better time to join our team. We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Projects Director to head up our project management team and lead our urban regeneration delivery.
You will use your existing relationships with Contractors and Consultants and extensive experience in design, procurement, and delivery to support our project teams nationwide, working closely with the Heads of Region.
You will:
- Report to our Managing Director
- Have overall responsibility for managing development programmes and budgets.
- Have a strong influence in the pre contract and procurement stages of projects.
- Input at Operations Borad level to ensure project management issues are robustly and are accurately considered.
- Keep Senior Management up to date with project events.
- Take a lead role in ensuring that operationally, the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy is adhered to across the Company.
- Work closely with the I&L Head of Projects on matters such as contractor engagement and continuous improvement of the PM service.
- Develop the project management team.
This is a national role with the flexibility to work from our Manchester, Birmingham, or Sheffield offices.
