HBD promotes Georgina Ronksley to Senior Management Surveyor

Property developer HBD, part of Henry Boot, has promoted Georgina Ronksley to Senior Management Surveyor within its Sheffield office.

Georgina joined HBD in 2017 as a Property Assistant, completing an apprenticeship and becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 2022. Her promotion reflects both her professional progression and contribution to the business.

Georgina is responsible for the management of HBD’s national investment portfolio, including properties occupied by Henry Boot, handling lease negotiations, service charge reconciliations, acquisitions and disposals and reporting on property performance.

Alongside her professional role, Georgina is also an Ambassador and Steering Group member for the Yorkshire and Humber Apprentice Ambassador Network (YHAAN), supporting and promoting apprenticeship pathways across the region.

Hamer Boot, Executive Director at HBD, commented: “Georgina’s promotion reflects both her technical ability and her commitment to HBD since joining the business. She brings strong commercial insight, coupled with a proactive and professional approach, and plays a key role in the effective management of our national investment portfolio.”
