One of the UK’s most progressive property development companies, HBD, has appointed Social Republic to deliver a social media campaign for its International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP) in the North East.
The social media agency, based in Manchester, will be responsible for creating content, managing accounts and delivering paid advertising campaigns for IAMP.
IAMP is a joint venture between Sunderland City and South Tyneside councils, with HBD as the development partner, located in the area north of Sunderland’s Nissan Motor Manufacturing plant and major international supply chain companies.
The 370-acre scheme will provide a world-class environment for the automotive supply chain and related advanced manufacturing businesses and is expected to create more than 7,000 new jobs.
CEO at Social Republic, Rob Illidge, commented: “HBD is one of the most established and prestigious property development companies in the UK. We are honoured to be working alongside the IAMP team, raising awareness of the manufacturing park through innovative social campaigns.”
Amy Thorburn Walker, Project Marketing Coordinator at HBD said: “The IAMP is key to the continued growth of the manufacturing sector in the North East of England and will bring millions of pounds of investment into the region.
“The team at Social Republic fully understood our vision for the scheme, presenting innovative campaign ideas that will build awareness both organically and through paid advertising.”
