Our national industrial and logistics (I&L) team is looking for a motivated individual to support the delivery of large-scale projects across the North of England. With a multi-million sq ft logistics pipeline – from active developments to strategic land partnerships – you’ll gain an excellent level of exposure to every stage of the development cycle.
In this role, you’ll focus on I&L projects, working with the wider team to deliver schemes from our existing pipeline while also supporting the sourcing, appraising, and delivery of new development opportunities. As a key member of our national I&L team, you’ll take ownership of a variety of responsibilities—covering market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, site acquisition, and managing progress through to practical completion.
