We are currently seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our dynamic Birmingham regional office. The successful candidate will be adept at finding, appraising, acquiring, and delivering new development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee specific areas of project work, reporting progress and any issues arising effectively
  • Understand and clarify legal and other agreements/documents regarding the projects
  • Actively monitor the progress of project consultants
  • Maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Manage client contact levels as discussed with line managers

About you:

  • MRICS status with several years of experience in property development
  • Understanding of the full development process
  • Ability to take the lead on certain project work streams
  • Capable of preparing submissions and reports for external consumption in a professional manner
